Trinity Capital Advisors developed a 15 story, 375,000 SF downtown Charlotte office tower in 2009 anchored by Ally Bank. The building was part of a mixed-use development on the same block as Catalyst, a 460 unit apartment tower, and immediately adjacent to Duke Power’s downtown headquarters as well as Duke Energy Center, a new $1 billion mixed use development.
